Nope. That’s the point of Gym for Everyone. You can train anywhere gym, park, or home. Doesn't matter 

Do you offer personal training?

No, we don’t. Gym for Everyone isn’t a coaching or paid training site.
Our only goal is to guide beginners and lifters who want to get stronger through simple, clear workouts and fitness advice that actually works.

Can teenagers start working out?

Yes! As long as you focus on proper form and don’t lift too heavy too soon, it’s completely safe.
